Using the TOI A10 Annuities
The Insurance Compact Review Team would like to remind all annuity filers that the Insurance Compact has an application specific TOI enabled ? A10 Annuities Other - as it is often overlooked.
This TOI provides company filers with versatility when filing an application that crosses various annuity TOIs. The only two filing type available for this particular TOI are "riders and endorsements" and ?application?. For the product-specific applications, filers should submit those under the product-specific TOI ? e.g.: A03I or A05I.
