Special Characters In Document Titles
Have you ever had a request from a Compact reviewer to resubmit a form or supporting document because the name of the file was preventing the file from being opened for review?
Using certain special characters in the file name of an attached document in SERFF may affect the ability of the Product Reviewer or Actuary to open the attachment(s). The Compact Review Team encourages you to take a minute to review the file name of your document before attaching to ensure no commas or parenthesis were included.
