Office Closed Friday, June 18th
In observance of Juneteenth, the Insurance Compact Office will be closed tomorrow, Friday, June 18th. We will resume operations on Monday, June 21st.
The Insurance Compact added Juneteenth to its list of official holidays in 2021. The Juneteenth holiday commemorates June 19, 1865, the day that Union Soldiers arrived in Texas to announce the news of the Emancipation Proclamation marking the end of slavery in the United States.
