This week, the Insurance Compact Office is releasing a new tool for filers - the Foreign Language Translation Checklist.

While the submission requirements for a foreign language translation are outlined in the Operating Procedure for the Filing of Certifications for Foreign Language Translations for Product Filings, the new checklist is a concise, interactive form in which filers can ensure all required information is properly submitted when a filing is reopened for a foreign language translation.  

There are many resources on the Insurer Resources page of the Insurance Compact website that we encourage filers to review.  This specific resource can be found under the Creating a Compact Filing box.
