Is your company looking for a quick turnaround time for an upcoming compliant life or annuity product filing? Consider using the Expedited Review Program, which has been extended through December 31, 2020. Requests for Expedited Review should be submitted to Expedited@insurancecompact.org.

• Concerned your company does not squarely meet the eligibility criteria due to business needs or other unique filing circumstances? Contact the Insurance Compact Office at expedited@insurancecompact.org to request further analysis. We want to understand how the criteria affect all prospective users of the program.
• Are you a smaller filer concerned about the cost of Expedited Review? Remember that the Compact Expedited Review fee is proportionately based on the applicable Compact per-filing fee, and not a flat fee. State fees do not change.

As a reminder, a company must receive written acceptance from the Insurance Compact Office to enter the expedited review queue. The Expedited Review fee is due only after the Compact has issued the written acceptance.
