The Compact Office is off to a great start with new product filings. The new year means new projects and products for companies. As you prepare your filings, please keep in mind the payment of the Additional Filing Fee may apply to your filing. 

Use of the Advance Filing Fee Calculation service will help you learn how the Additional Filing Fee applies. There is already guidance on the Fees page on the Industry Resources section page of the website. 

Becoming informed about the Additional Filing Fee is the perfect time to check your company's daily EFT limits for SERFF. Remember your daily EFT limits in SERFF include BOTH the Compact fees and State Filing Fees across all fees paid that day. You may want to review your daily limits and increase them in order to avoid an EFT return.
